 HireTrack Eclipse is licensed on a concurrent user basis. You pay for the number of simultaneous users, not the number of computers or possible users.

HireTrack Eclipse Multi-Site (Warehouse Location) Option

Cost per additional site including one extra user $2,850.00

Note: Multi-site refers to the ability to allow multiple sites to inter trade and share a common equipment pool, whilst retaining individual control for each site, individual jobs and accounts.

This functionality is designed for multiple companies within a group, where overall group management is required, or where individual warehouses have autonomy within a company.

This functionality is supplied by remote access to a centralized database and application server. For details of remote access, see this article.

Note: Multi-site is not required for remote access where the warehouses are merely separate from the offices. This functionality is supplied by remote access to a centralized database and application server using the standard program.
