Support Options

Gold Level Support $1,400.00 US Per Year (subject to discount)

  • This includes e-mail, fax, on-line and telephone technical support for your HireTrack Eclipse system. As well as limited support for Crystal Reports.

 

Support Discount

  • In order to maintain continuity of service, you are strongly recommended to renew your support before it expires. By doing so you are entitled to $550.00 discount off the list price for a total of $950.00 US. This price is only valid if payment is received before the expiration date.

 

Per Incident Support - $750.00 Per Incident

  • For those users who rarely need support and do not wish to take out a support contract, per-incident support is available. The charge is per incident (not per call) and payment must be made by credit card before assistance can be given.

All the above prices are pre-discounted rates.

Customized add-ons are not supported in the standard support package.
