Training, Coaching & Consulting

"The only thing worse than training employees and having them quit, is not training employees and having them stay."    William Vanderbilt

Training is often viewed by those in the production business as unnecessary or frivolous. However, it is one of the best investments you can make for your company. While Eclipse's easy to use interface allows for quick implementation, the truth is that the depth of the program can prove a steep learning curve for most users. To aid our customers in getting to that next level in their business, Navigator Systems offers a variety of training options.

This course is primarily aimed at end users, who will be trained to set up the system; creating quotes, checking equipment out, scheduling crew and transport, and generating invoices. The course is held at a purpose-built IT training center. Each delegate has their own terminal to ensure that they get hands-on experience with the system and learn how to fully integrate it into their daily business practices.

Who is the course for?

The course will benefit beginners as well as more advanced users, who can take the opportunity to use it as a refresher course and get up to date with all the latest HireTrack features.

“Thank you so much for arranging the training. Greg is great and he managed to explain all the processes and steps in using HireTrack so easily. His teaching skill is no doubt very professional – can tell that he is a trained trainer.”

"Motorola estimates that the company receives a 30-to-1 return for every dollar invested in employee training. A Harvard University-Warden Business Schools study revealed a company's surest way to profits and productivity is to treat employees as assets to be developed."

Courses are scheduled when the demand from our current user-base is high enough to fill all or most of the available places in the class. They tend to take place three times a year in Spring, early Summer and Autumn.
