Support Options
There are two support options for HireTrack Eclipse. The first year's support is included in the original purchase price.
This includes e-mail, fax, on-line and telephone technical support for your HireTrack Eclipse system. As well as support for Crystal Reports (click here for details).
For those users who rarely need support and do not wish to take out a support contract, per-incident support is available. The charge is per incident (not per call) and payment must be made by credit card before assistance can be given.
All the above prices are pre-discounted rates.
Customised add-ons are not supported in the standard support package. Please contact for a price.
Support Options for Australia
For users in Australia the following support options are available:
For sales enquiries and free first year support, you can call +61 3 8807 1464 (Melbourne) and be connected direct to the UK. After the first year, two support options are available.
- One Year Internet Support
For £250.00 (approx. $650 AU) we will provide (from the UK) e-mail support throughout the UK working day (10.00 am until 5.00 pm) and unlimited access to the Club Navigator Web site. - One Year Internet and Telephone Support
For $900 US (approx $1490 AU) we will provide e-mail support, unlimited access to Club Navigator and telephone support to the United States. This service also includes access to our desktop streaming system.
Support Discounts
- Early Renewal Discount
In order to maintain continuity of service, you are strongly recommended to renew your support before it expires. By doing so you are entitled to $300.00 discount off the list price. This price is only valid if payment is received before the expiration date.
